Terms of Service

1. Services

Cloud IT Providers provides cloud consulting, migration, development, and managed operations services. The specific scope of work is defined in individual engagement agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Cloud IT Providers retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property. Custom deliverables developed specifically for a client are owned by the client upon full payment.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

Cloud IT Providers' liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable agreement. Upon termination, the client pays for services rendered up to the termination date.
